2015 Community Celebration
The Jackson Community Celebration will be held June 24th - 27th, 2015.  
Jackson Township Farmers' Market
The Jackson Township North Park will be buzzing with farmers and vendors this summer.  The Jackson Township Park Department will be hosting a weekly Farmers Market on Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. beginning June 11 through October 1.  We make healthy things happen! 
 
Gardening with Zest
The educational talks will be held on the last Wednesday of each month at the Jackson Township Branch library, 7487 Fulton Dr. NW.  The programs are free. 
Creative Movement
Join Barb Craven, of Craven Dance Studio, as she leads Creative Movement in the North Park Pavilion on Mondays, July 20 -August 10. 
Street Pole Banner Program
Street pole banners are a unique way of promoting a Jackson Township community event or activity. The use of colorful banners to identify a Jackson Township organization's name and special events in the highly traveled area of Fulton and Wales is an exclusive opportunity to promote the event or activity.
 
Snow Emergency/Show Parking Ban
The Jackson Township Board of Trustees has established a snow-parking ban on all Township streets whenever snow has accumulated, or is expected to accumulate, to a depth of two (2) or more inches. Vehicles parked in the street create inefficient and hazardous snow plowing conditions. 
Haunted Hayride
Our annual Haunted Hayride will take place on Saturday, October 17th from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the Jackson South Park. 
Spring/Fall Cleanup Schedule

The Township maintains a public drop-off site.  NEW HOURS BEGINNING MAY 10, 2013

Open Monday thru Sunday - Dawn to Dusk

Gates will close overnight. 

 
SCRPC Drainage Mapping
The Stark County Regional Planning Commission will be conducting field mapping of the drainage system in Jackson Township under agreement with Jackson.   
Santa's Mailbox

Santa wants to hear from all the good boys and girls in Jackson Township! Beginning December 1, children can drop off their letters to Santa’s Mailbox located at the Jackson Township Administration Building. Letters are shipped to the North Pole daily!

 
Land Conservation Program
Jackson Township Trustees created the Jackson Township Land Conservation Program for the purpose of acquiring and preserving green space for future generations of Jackson Township residents.
