CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEES

The Jackson Township Trustees have appointed residents to serve on Citizens Advisory Committees for 2008.

Jackson Citizens Advisory Committees include Highway/Traffic, Parks, and Jackson Community Celebration.  The meetings of the advisory committees are conducted under the guidance of various Township staff.  Members of each committee have volunteered to serve.

“The Citizens Advisory Committees are a vital part of our community,” said Steven M. Meeks, Jackson Township Trustee.  “They bring thoughts, ideas and suggestions from residents into our consideration for governing the Township, and are most valuable to each of the Trustees,” he concluded.
