MINUTES

Mr. Deremer stated that this meeting is special meeting of the Jackson Township Board of Zoning Appeals and the only matter before the board is an executive session.

Mr. Deremer asked for a motion for the board to go into executive session for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are subject of pending or imminent court action.

Mr. McDonnell made a motion to go into executive session.

Mr. Giulitto seconded the motion.

The vote was: Mr. Giulitto-yes, Mr. Dodson-yes, Mr. Werner-yes, Mr. McDonnell-yes, and Mr. Deremer-yes.

The board went off record and went into executive session.

The board returned from executive session and went back on record.

Mr. Deremer asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Mr. McDonnell made a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Mr. Dodson seconded the motion.

The vote was: Mr. Giulitto-yes, Mr. Dodson-yes, Mr. Werner-yes, Mr. McDonnell-yes, and Mr. Deremer-yes.
