One permit may be obtained for multi-vendors for an event such as a craft show, car show, etc.  The person or entity sponsoring the event is responsible for obtaining the permit.  A list of all persons or businesses participating in the event must be submitted along with a site plan showing locations of the event.  Signs within the building are permitted and do not require a permit.  Off-premises signage is prohibited.

One temporary sign is permitted with a permit for 30 days.  Vending is limited to the B-1, B-2, B-3 or I-1 districts only.  Vending is not permitted in residential districts.

 

Vendor must supply:

  1. Copy of Vendor's License from Auditor's Office

  2. Letter of permission from property owner

  3. Copy of Department of Taxation approval of tax exempt status, if applicable

  4. List of those who will be vending products, including full name, address and social security numbers
