A drawing showing the description, dimensions and location of pole signs or billboards must be submitted with application.  All freestanding and pole signs must be located at least 5 feet from right-of-way and 10 feet from any side or rear property line.  Permits may be requested once per calendar month not to exceed four (4) times per year.  Signage may be displayed for a period not to exceed 15 consecutive days at a time per location.  Approval of the Building Department (330-451-1770) is required where applicable.
