CRITERIA FOR A PEACEFUL PROTEST
1) Can't affect ingress and egress.
2) Can't be on public property without written consent of owner.
3) Can't be on the right of way.
4) Only on a public sidewalk, if one exists.
5) No signs should be erected in the ground or in the right of way.
