Mr. Boger presented agreements with the County for improvements to Fulton Road from Lake O’Springs to Wales, Frank Ave. from Mega to Waywood, and Strausser from Wales to Lake O’Springs.  Mr. Pizzino said he would like to see some changes made in the agreements.  Mr. Meeks pointed out that the relationship with the County Engineer has been beneficial and that he would like to see these projects implemented, however, the agreement needs adjusted to share the responsibilities more equitably.  Mr. Pizzino asked the Administrator, Law Director, and Mr. Boger to review the agreement and suggest changes to the agreement to reflect a more equal share of expenditures.  Mr. Gonzalez reminded the Board that this agreement extends beyond the current highway levy and a renewal at the current millage would not generate any additional dollars.

At 6:00 p.m., Pizzino called the General Session to order with all department heads present.  He requested that all cell phones and pagers be turned off at this time.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
