Pizzino called the special meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., at the Jackson Township Hall with all Trustees, Chief Assistant Fiscal Officer Kerr, Lyon, Fitzgerald and Heck present.

Pfund Superior Sales
Chief Heck explained that a check is needed for the ambulance delivery on Thursday.

Walters moved and Burger seconded a motion to approve the payment to Pfund Superior Sales in the amount of $149,328.00.

Videre Design
Chief Heck explained there was an issue with the distance learning lab that held up approval of the payment and now everything is okay.

Walters moved and Burger seconded a motion to approve the payment to Videre Design in the amount of $63,868.41.

3-0 yes

Walters moved and Burger seconded a motion to adjourn.
